Welp a win tonight for the rangers will win the silver boot right? Since the rangers swept them the 3 games in houston. Can anyone give the history of the silver boot series?

That is correct. The Lone Star Series aka the silver boot series, has been going on for 8 years now. The Rangers have won the boot 5 times while the Asstros have only won it 3. This is proof that the Rangers have been and will always be the best MLB team in the great state of Texas. Asstro fans can only dream of the day the boot resides at enron field

cool. thanks i appreciate it. Yep you are right though---the RANGERS are the best MLB team in texas. I can't believe how well they are doing. I just hope they can continue to play like this after the allstar game. GO RANGERS!!!
