Is this like waiters always saying "be careful the plate is hot" and we all proceed to touch said hot plate. :D

Why are they called en"chil"adas if they're served hot? Shouldn't they be en"hot"adas if they're going to be served at a temperature that will potentially scald my skin?

I smell a lawsuit...

Those of us who have not been in the restaurant's bar for 2-3 hours prior to eating do usually heed the waiter's advice. " Hot" means "hot". :D
