Not many schools can boast softball and baseball titles with withiin 10-year period.

I've know Steve for several years coaching when Danbury was in same district with East Bernard.

I'm sure they have a big welcoming home crowd

If the Holliday actually did get ejected I would be completely shocked. He is one of the good guys in the coaching world and a dang good coach to boot.

Hasnt Holliday lost alot of games at the state level? They always seem to be in the state playoffs but never seem to win it.

Holliday has not won a championship in 12 appearances. 7 since 2000.

Holliday benefits from being a good 2A school that is just about 10 miles outside of Wichita Falls.
They've had their fair share of transfers from WFISD and even Burkburnett ISD. I think their catcher this year used to be at Burkburnett.
Not taking anything away from those kids or coaches at Holliday.
Just to make it to the state tournament 7 years out of the past 9 is an amazing feat.
