How many days until the start of two-a-days? How do most players prepare for the start of two-a-days? Do you think that two-a-days in the summer heat are necessary?

If they start the first Monday in Aug. (3rd), then it's just 60 days until they begin. If they start on the 10th, then it's 67 days.

We used to have a "voluntary" work out program over the summer to help us stay in shape over the summer back when I was in high school

In cameron we had 2 workout sessions monday-thursday with weights and some sort of conditioning. Used to be more intense but with the lose of coaches it has been more relaxed from the few times ive been in there during workouts.

Two-a-days in January don't make much sense. :p

Summer strength and conditioning program here, all sports, boys & girls. It's kind of interesting to watch the incoming freshman try to walk after the first 2-3 days of it. (The ones that live, that is!) :1popcorn: :1popcorn:
