(5A) #1 Bellaire Loses to B'wood.

in 3 games. Bellaire, who I think is #1 in the NATION won the first game because of an error in a tie ball game and then dropped the next 2 games. I read somewhere that despite losing 2 of 3 to Brazoswood, Bellaire will remain #1 in the rankings.......... :thinking:

Tyler Green for B'wood is legit. They also have a kid named Gonzales I think who pretty much saved the game before against Clear Creek.


After blowing a 5 run lead, Bwood lead by 1 run with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th with NOONE out.


The Gonzales(I think) came in and struck out all 3 batters to win the game.


Congrats to them!


They are going to be playing Pearland at UH next. If they win, they're going to Austin.

Not according to Maxpreps Poll, maybe others...right now, 1 and 2 are from the same city in TEXAS.

That makes me aLOT happier. At the Clear Creek game I talked some Bellaire scouts and those guys seem VERY cocky. I'm glad B'wood took care of business.

SA Reagan has been very good lately. Good rating for them at 13.
I'm pleasantly shocked that Moody and the CalCats are ranked #1 and 2. That's gonna be a great series. The CalCats won't give up their Region 4 supremacy easily.
