According to Dave Campbell's website, the mag will hit the newstand on June 15th. I know it is not the definitive answer, but it's still fun to read. If nothing else you get a little blurb about every team, who the players to watch are, expectiations, and predictions for all districts.

It's also the kickoff for arguing on the 3A Downlow!!!:2thumbsup

I agree. It's nice to get the recognition, but they will still have to earn that #1 ranking by going out on the field and getting it done for 16 weeks. That is NOT an easy task. I'll just enjoy the ride, and not gloat over rankings, because ultimately they're for entertainment purposes only and have no bearing on what actually happens on the field. I would rather be unranked and win it all than to be ranked #1 and not win it all.:cool:

The picture of the magazine on the DCTF website just shows a 50th Anniversary Logo. I'm not sure that is what will actually be on the magazine.
