Murder in Commerce..former player, two juveniles charged with Capital Murder

Wow...thats what I was referring to from the other post...rumor Ive heard is that one of the juveniles that are in custody and has been charged is a returning player for Commerce....supposedly a pretty good player.

Hatley, the 20 year old in custody is a former commerce player. He was a great running back/

This sounds like a zealous prosecutor. Only one person was killed, it would follow that probably only one person did the actual shooting. Seems they are charging the accomplices in the robbery with the same murder as the shooter. That doesn't sound quite right. Guess we'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

you know..thats true...but it also doesnt say WHO did the shooting....Hatley is the only perosn being talked about because he was the only adult...he might not have pulled the tigger

I've seen DA's do this before. There prolly will be some deals offered for testimony against the shooter. That'd be my guess.
