I don't post here too often, but was just curious as to which posters are from down here. I enjoy this forum and look forward to interacting more. Thanks.

Although I live in Houston, and originally started posting on this forum when I was living in Dallas (hence the name) I'm a Port Isabel guy.

Yeah, 32-3A should prove to be very interesting next season.

Will Lyford dominate since they return pretty much everyone?
Will Rio Hondo maintain their momentum after graduating the house?
Will Port Isabel return to prominence after an uncharacteristically BAD 4-6 season?
Will Hidalgo and their new coach surprise everyone and run away with the title?

So much potential drama!

Do they play 11 man football south of San Antonio?

You should know....If you draw a line straight East from San Antonio, Brazoria Co. is SOUTH of that line. Do they play 11-man football in Brazoria County too?

They have to get the goats off the field before the games down there.

Dang! You Brazoria Co. peeps should get better control of your livestock, seriously! Letting goats onto the football field to graze is completely unacceptable!

Yep! McAllen Memorial Stadium is one of the best. Also Hidalgo's navy blue turf is cool to look at.

So says the person using the name of one of the more notorious Mexicans ever known. Your childish antics are kinda making me laugh. Just stop before I pee my pants, seriously.

Like I said....childish. Thanks for the nice words about the RGV OldGreen, just stinks there's idiots like "Pancho Villa" here that don't know how to keep their mouths shut and hide behind the veil of a forum to throw insults at people.

I just get a little annoyed with the disrespect the RGV gets sometimes. Several have told me to chill, and I think I have for the most part.....I just find Pancho irritating.

In other words....he's in denial? LOL :D

Oh, head over to the RGV board and check out "The Batcave" when you get a chance. Possible UIL violation  by a 3A team that wears black and gold that will remain nameless....

This will be the first time we don't hit the Valley (PI & SP) in the summer since 1997! Have a wedding to attend! My daughter’s, but there will be friends from The PI and The Valley in attendance!:D
