On the subject of phones...

I have had very good luck with samsung phones with SPRINT.

Is there a "preferred" brand that works better with ATT? as we may be switching.

I have a samsung rant from Sprint, and I love it.. I miss my blackberry curve I had with tmobile but the Rant is pretty cool.. I am thinking about *job and money permitting of course* of getting the touch screen phone sprint has..

Does anybody have a touch screen thats not an Iphone and how do you like it?

I have an LG Vu and it works great. All the samsungs and other LGs I have played with are pretty good.

Iphone you pay for the phone then you pay $30+ more per month for the iPhone plan whereas normal phones you can get a $10 data plan for internet.

As I mentioned, I was once told by a Sprint Tech that samsung and sanyo phones worked best with sprint.

I had a moto q with alltel and i went in today and tried to fix it all but they said itd be a $95 insurance claim to get a new similar phone or $20 early upgrade fee but i couldnt do that because im on the same contract as my mom and she wasnt there to "verify" it all so i just switched my number to an old motorola Razr for the time being

Agreed. Plan is a bit costly, but the speed and quality of the internet is great. None of my other camera phones have had half the quality of the the iphone camera also. Very convenient to have the IPOD as well.

I broke my original Iphone last Friday night, and didn't hesitate to buy a new model.

i have a HTC Touch and it has been the worst phone i have ever had and it was the most expensive. i had little cheap flip phones that were better than this one. im royally pissed!
