Flour or Corn

I am a corn tortilla fan but I accidently voted for flour :(

my friends that are from mexico love corn... but my mom makes flour so i grew up wit flour and i love them... but my older bro eats cold corn tortillas

You get much better flavor from the meat with the corn tortilla that somewhat gets masked by the flour tortilla.

It depends on the food! Enchiladas suck with flour tortillas! But if I'm having posole or caldo de res, I like flour. Bottom line is both are needed equally!

My aunt in Port Isabel makes some MEAN flour tortillas! Big, and have a light buttery taste. Yep! Making me homesick now....

If I'm eating them by themselves, I definitely prefer the corn tortillas. Add a little butter, dip 'em in a good hot sauce, and enjoy! If I'm eating fajitas, I definitely prefer the flour tortillas. Put a little sautee'd fajita meat and onion, pico, guacamoli (sp?), and hot sauce on it and I'm in heaven.:inlove:

I know, I wasn't thinking at the time......my mouth was watering! I realized after my 30 minutes were up that I knew how to spell it. I know I can put butter on my flour tortillas, too, you moron..:D just not as tasty!:p
