I just came across this news. I didn't know this was possible. A Dallas woman has twins that have different biological fathers:

"When twins have two fathers, doctors call it heteropaternal superfecundation and there are very few documented cases."

Funny, I can think of a much more simple term   :D

I think someone from Sweetwater and someone from Snyder got together trying to create 1 super athlete. Most likely with that concoction you're going to get 2 Danny DeVito's :D

BIG BLUE DEFENSIVE END

The dynamics of egg fertilization in females is really quite interesting. Here are a few things that most people don't know:

-Sperm from a male can live inside of a female for 3-5 days.
-There are actually three different types of sperm secreted by a male, one that is an egg-getter, one that blocks channels in cervical mucous to block other sperm from entering, and one that is a hunter of sperm from another male.
-When two males inseminate a woman, their sperm actually has a battle that fights to the death, and it is a game based on numbers. Sometimes, as in this instance, there is more than one egg to fertilize and both male's sperm inseminate a separate egg each.
