when do the all region teams and all state teams come out? i have seen 2a and 1a, 3a may already be out just not sure

AP all-state comes out tommorow. I don't think there is a such thing as all-region

The night before.........I am willing to bet that there will not be one Gainesville kid on the All-state team. They had such a team concept with no studs from someone looking outside in (sports writers). Even though the Purvey kid on offense and the McBath kid on defense should be a no brainer, but I bet neither one makes it. Just my prediction. If this is the case, then the Coaching Staff at Gainesville High School should get a raise. LOL

in west texas we have an all permian basin team that selects players from the region

I was told tonight that the Gainesville Leopards did not have one player on the first team, all state team. I am not 100 sure on this one, just what I was told.

The All Big Country team usually comes out sometime between the end of the football season and the first of the new year. So it should be out soon. Cant wait to see how many Sweetwater, Merkel, Snyder, and Wylie players are on the team. One other question for the Sweetwater guys...Who in the heck is Ricky McNatt? Have I just never heard of him, or is that a typo? He is listed as an honorable mention from Swater.
