I at the age of 33 offically annnounce I will NOT ever live my dream of playing for the Dallas Cowboys, or in the Majors, or the NBA

so at 33 I am offically retiring from that dream

It depends on the x-rays he sent to the Texas Rangers. If it looks
like he needs minor surgery he is going to sign with them. If it
looks like major surgery then TBC is going to stay retired. Atleast
that is what Suzy Kolber is reporting from in front of his house
in East Texas.
