Granted, it's just an accusation, but maybe the Rangers' pitching staff wasn't quite as bad as we thought it was in the first part of the decade:

The more I hear about A-Rod, the less I think of him. Mega-wealthy pro athlete who can, and does, thumb his nose at the world and the people in it because he can.

alright...for some reason, the page link is too long for the downlow's capabilities...it's inserting breaks and spaces...so when you click on the link, remove the space between the 4- and the 2 and remove the <br /> that appears in the browser and it should work.

Yeah, he's always had that kind of an "air" about him, hasn't he? I never was impressed with his character at all, even when he was with the Rangers. He's a great player, no doubt, but his character, personality, demeanor left a lot to be desired........definitely not what I would call a role model.

A-Rod is quickly approaching Barry Bonds status.

I think he passed it..Bonds never pretended to be a nice guy or act like he cared about others, Barry would tell anyone quick it was all about Barry

a-Rod has tried to act like he was such a great guy above all reproach
