I got a big favor to ask from the 3A Downlow community....

The band I play with the Cody Johnson Band (www.myspace.com/codyjohnsonband) is in a competition to play at this year Rowdy River Float trip they hold during July on the river.

If you would head over to
http://www.radiofreetexas.org/indexnuke.php and vote for us to play for it. Voting Ends tomorrow and we are behind just a bit.

You will need to register for the site which is an amazing online radio station that plays a lot of stuff your normally wouldn't hear over the air.

You're getting hosed! You should hold out until the band changes their name to "The Cody Johnson and Danny Band". And tell them you can get the votes to get the gig if you get the name change!

It would have to be the Cody Johnson, Nathan, Matt & Danny band lol for the other musicians

That reminds me of '01 when Sinton and Bridge City were fighting for an internet poll for best team in the state for football. I voted a few hundred times(or more) and we still got 2nd place.:D
