woohoo - got 2 tix to games 3 & 4!

Can anyone explain why the Mavs are playing either of these teams. Unless I am mistaken, the Mavs are the 6th seed and probably the lowest remaing team. Therefore, I thought they would have to play the Lakers.

Basketball plays brackets, not seeds like other sports.

It's one of those things that I've meant to do, but never got around to...there were a couple of games this year that I came close to going to, but it seems that things always came up, and since I'm not a big basketball fan, it hasn't really been too big of a deal. But I'd really like to go, so if I can get some decently-priced tickets, I might go to a playoff game.
