Let me be among the first to offer my congrats to 44IAR----she is a great gal with a level head and great sense of humor, not to mention, and I don't want to hit this one too hard---- maturity...:D

I will miss P4S as a mod, but I don't think we are giving anything up with the appointment of 44'. Best wishes, 44'.

We can also still state with regard to the 3ADL:

"Male Owned---Female Run"....:D
