We're getting pretty hard now in Yoakum. My place out in Hochheim is not looking good. I think a twister was spotted out in Concrete.

44'---In case you don't have access to NOAA weather radio---here is the streaming audio link to NOAA San Antonio. Just click "Open" when the window pops up and the live NOAA weather from San Antonio should play thru your speakers if your audio player is setup right.

took the LONG way home (not by choice) man, there is a lot of water flowing in the street right now. Got home and Mr44 dumped the rain guage - 3.8 " inches - it was dry at 3:30 this afternoon. that's alot of rain in less than 2 hours:eek: For those of you familiar with Cuero - the "main drag" which is 183/77A - was drivable only by 1 lane at a time and using the passing lane. The highway going to Victoria, in front of the Subway area - is completely closed......

We had pee size hail out here on west size of Cuero. Limbs all over yard. And my neighbor is happy all his acorns are in my front yard as the flood waters ran through his and my yards. We had 3.7" so far

Look how the storm grows with the time lapse. Cuero area slammed pretty good. NWS was following Tornado 8 miles NW of Cuero at one time.

the San Antonio ABC channel KSAT 12 is supposed to show some video on the 10 PM news..... I had a customer call me about 6:45 - she said when they got home from work - their roof was torn off and their carport is no where to be found. They live between Cuero and Lindeneau - about 5 miles as the crow flies from my house

Hate to see the damaging stuff with these storms, but the rain was BADLY needed in our area. We recieved 1.30 today. I am relieved because I fertilized our Jiggs field on Friday.
