Celina wins District 9AAA in showdown with Prosper

Celina won the district 9 3A showdown at Prosper tonight 8-7. Celina went ahead 2-0 with single runs in the 3rd and 5th innings. Prosper went ahead 5-2 with 5 unearned runs in the bottom of the 5th. Celina scored 6 times in the top of the 7th and Prosper answered with 2 in the bottom half of the 7th and had two runners on when the final out was made.
