A Wharton loss and a Needville win,Needville would be in 2nd; Wharton in 3rd; a Wharton win and Needville loss would be the opposite. If both have the same outcome I believe Needville would be 2nd and Wharton 3rd.

If they both have the same outcome they will have to have a playoff for 2nd and 3rd. They split in district.
