Our boys had an awesome day today..... We are in 1st after day one. 12 strokes in front of Gatesville and 26 in front of Andrews. Senior and "The Amazing" Johnny Antle is also in the lead by 5 strokes. We busted all school records with a daily total of 284. Not too bad, if I say so myself..... and I think I do have some bragging rights....:clap: :clap:

Sounds like some poor kid shoot a personal best 73 or 74 and still had his score thrown out:D . I hope you already had reservations in Austin.

congrats to the Steers and Gatesville. those scores from 1st to 14th are pretty darn good............. Good Region for golf! and Congrats to Johnny Antle from Graham - shooting a 66 on day one - :clap: :clap:

Thanks so much everyone. Not a great second day.... But hey, a trip to Austin is still a trip to Austin- right? Besides our boys are hungry for another State Championship!!!!
