I was looking at the playoff seeding but it does me no good if I don't know what other districts are doing. In District 2 Wylie all but has the District Championship in the bag at 7-1 (only loss to my lady lions). Brownwood and Graham are tied for 2nd at 4-3 but Breckenridge is still in the hunt.

Any other districts about to get their places set. I would be curious to know where everybody stands state wide but especially region 1

District 7-3A

West and Gatesville are tied for 1st with 1 loss each in district, and Gatesville's only loss came at the hands of West. They still have to play each other in the second round. I would say both are a sure shot at the playoffs.

District 16 - 3A:

Standings after 4/14. A real toss-up. Games Friday and Tuesday end district play.

Mt. Vernon 6-2
New Boston 5-3
Liberty Eylau 5-3
Pittsburg 5-3
Pleasant Grove 2-6
Atlanta 1-7

District 31-3A

1. Sinton 10 - 1

T2. Ingleside & Robstown are both 8-3, but Ingleside has the tie breaker

T4. Falfurrias & Aransas Pass are both 7-4

OG & Mathis are 2-9 and West Oso is 0-11

There are 3 games left. A win on Friday and Sinton clinches a playoff spot.

Ingleside should win out and secure a spot.

Big game is next Tuesday. Sinton vs Robstown.

Madisonville is 1st unless they lose the next 2 but they are still in.
Rockdale is in. Cameron Rockdale and Taylor could end up in a 3-way tie. If they do the tie breaker between 3 teams will be head to head win/loss between the 3 teams.
Rockdale beat Cameron twice and Taylor once with a game pending with Taylor. 3-0 so far
Cameron split with Taylor lost twice to Rockdale 1-3
Taylor Split with Cameron lost 1 to Rockdale 2-1 so far.
Looks like Madisonville, Rockdale, and Taylor/Cameron

So Taylor split with Cameron (1-1) Lost 1 to Rockdale... Shouldn't that be 1-2 for taylor ????

Still on. Needville team is on its way to Sweeny. Radar seems to indicate Sweeny hasn't had much rain, if any ... so far. More on its way ... can't tell if Sweeny will avoid it, but they might. Have heard that the field is tarped.

The field held up pretty well. Third did have a wet spot.

Sweeny wins 2-1

Hoping to get a warm up game next week.

Needville has a VERY good squad. D 26 Final Standings
