It is 5A, but Coach Quis is stepping aside after some drama with students who thought they were above the rules. Going to be tough for LEE to rebound this late in the year.

I guess. He has been at some very good places and turned some low performing schools around. Mathis, San Marcos to name a few.

I'm not even going to give my opinion on that!! Maybe you have talked to him on occasion, I don't know. But...you don't live here, so you don't hear all the day to day shenanigans!!


I hope they give the job to Ex-Greenwood coach, Pat Liles!!

He has been the one running it lately, the kids seem to like him....and I like him!!

Reading the comments on the two articles in the Midland Reporter Telegram, I can see what remains of the football team being completely torn in two!!

Word now is they want someone with either 4A or 5A head coaching experience.

If I was someone looking for a head coaching job I would think long and hard and do my homework before applying at Lee....what a mess!!

I can honestly say I worked for him, he was the upmost professional during that time(long ago). I will admit he was considered a mover and shaker up the professional ladder.

Not real sure, I don't care enough to investigate it that thoroughly! I did read a newspaper article yesterday though about sexual allegations that were swept under the rug under his tenure.
