7 on 7 question

can someone please explain the rules for 7 on 7 to me.

I know that sounds gay to some of you but I am new to it and don't fully undersand the downs and distance and how to get a first down......

if you are talking rules for state qualifiers here is the info on down and distance

field is 45 yards....

1st downs are in 15 yard increments....1st two increments you have 3 downs to get 15 yards...on a goal to goal situation you have four downs.
