I definitely agree. I read about this in the morning paper. It looks like this guy needs to find another line of work. After reading about the way he treated Moats, I felt like this wasn't the first time, and now I've been proven right. In my opinion, he just needs to be fired.

I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt knowing about the one incident...not now. He should be fired immediately!

The only thing on this is that we still don't have the officer's side of the story. Was she cooperative or otherwise? Still unanswered questions on this incident. The story is very one sided and there are unanswered questions.

did you read the entire story?

IN ADDITION TO MAKING AN ILLEGAL UTURN.....failure to show proof of insurance, running a red light, having an improper address on a driver's license and not having a registration sticker on the windshield.

People are arrested due to multiple violations all the time!

I've seen many arrested for No DL and have seen one hooked up for having an expired registration sticker. ;)
