Agency changes the name of the building that is set to replace the towers that were destroyed by terrorism on 9/11.

I think the name ought to reflect the tradgedy that occured there on 911. But then the port authority wouldn,t be able to rent the space to rich, islamic, middle eastern, clients, now would they?:(

I don't know how Freedom Tower would reflect 911 but conspiracy theories are fun
