The Houston Rockets have moved into first place of the Southwest Division with a 87-85 win over the Spurs. Ron Artest scored 24 points, but it was the tough play of Louis Scola that made the difference. Scola scored 19 points and pulled down 17 rebounds, including 5 points in the final 30 seconds. He made two late cuts to the basket and was the recipient of a couple of Yao Ming passes to give Houston the win. The only thing he did wrong was make a late free throw that allowed SA one last shot with .3 seconds remaining in the game.

Looks like Coach Rudy T has the team on a run!

I thought surely he's joking...

I don't think the Rockets will win the west but they should make come noise in the playoffs this year. If they're one and done again, this will be a very disappointing season.
