Fouled on the three pointer, and the fake injury to sub in a free throw shooter.

Subbing for an injured player is in the rule book.

Yes he was faking an injury so a 66% free throw shooter could come in.

I rather have a fresh player than someone who has been playing the entire game.

Did you watch the play again?

Yes I watched the play. I just want to know how you can diagnose an injury by watching a replay?

Maybe the Marquette player shouldn't have choked and stepped over the line.

The Marquette through his body into the defender. Please find where they have ever called that in college basketball? This isn't the NBA

If he hurt the elbow he was acting like he hurt, he wouldn't have been leaning on it after the play to slap his hand on the ground. that is how.

Go watch a Texas game from a couple of years ago.

Not only was the person who they subbed in a 66% free throw shooter, the was also a freshman.. If anything Missouri fans should be mad that their coach let that guy shoot the most important free throws of their season

Plus coming in cold off the bench in a pressure situation to shoot free throws is VERY tough

This aint a fresh RB coming into the game to run agianst a tired defense..In basketball you never want someone who has set on the bench to come in with no warm up and shoot two FTs

and besides mizzou plays about 10 different guys who get almost double digits in minutes every game.. the fresh had played in the game...

also agreed about having to come in cold off the bench and shoot two huge free throws

Even if the Mizzou defender fouled on the 3 point shot they were down 4 and it didn't go in. Plus the offensive player jumped into the defender and just chunked up a wild shot that had no chance to go in. Your not getting that call at the end of the game.

No rules were broken in the free throw situation. It was legal and smart coaching as obviously the Mizzou coach thought the guy that shot em would knock em down. The Mizzou player that was fouled was fouled very hard. IF the player came to the coach and said do you want to sub for me, as a coach I wouldn't feel to confident in that player hitting the free throws.

I thought the better team won but Marquette showed great heart getting back into the game.

Exactly. Not saying they win if that doesn't happen but that was the game right there.
