there's a cinderella every year - Butler plays good defense and usually that's more reliable than draining threes at 40%+

See, my strategy is to never pick a Cinderella. If a 13 seed ends up going on a run, it's going to ruin pretty much everybody's bracket. So you're better off sticking with the better teams, then if people's brackets go to crap, you're still in the same shape as everybody else, and if the Cinderella doesn't happen, you have a leg up on all those people who predicted 10s 11s and 12s to go into the elite 8.

i picked western kentucky over illinois...

i also have cleveland state over wake forest and utah state over marquette...

To be truthful, I got a little confused when I filled out my bracket and was thinking of Syracuse when I picked Clemson. I had Clemson going to the elite 8, and then just shortly before the picks deadline, I realized what I had done and backed Clemson out a couple of rounds, but left them beating Michigan. Oh well.

In my opinion the 7/10 and 8/9 matchups are crucial in a bracket.
If you can nail those you're usually in good shape. I need
Tennesee to step up right now. They are tied with OSU at 34
with about a minute left in the first.

Upon further review, my friend just pointed out to me that the bracket I did on Facebook is perfect, so I apparently DID pick Michigan.

I did one on Facebook and then was invited to do a Yahoo group, and I tried to copy it from memory but was too lazy too look it up...there's just a couple of differences here and there, but so far, I'm perfect in that one!
