Gave up concession stand hot dogs and nachos and only drinks bottled water.

As a side benefit, there is less gas in the atmosphere around too!!!!!!

Hey, Aussie! I definitely noticed you had lost some weight the other day. Good job! When you get our age putting on weight is much easier than losing it. I'm impressed! What's your goal?

BTW, I could stand to lose about 30 to 40 pounds myself. Used to be all I had to do was just eat a little healthier and a little lighter and I would lose weight. Now I have to exercise a lot more, too.:( The only problem with that is my knees ain't in as good a shape as they once were, and I have plantar fasciitis that causes a lot of pain. I just have to be careful now not to overdo it, or I'll be paying for it in a bad way.

Congrats Aussie, I know it's a lot of work no matter how you do it. - had a funny comment from my 19 yr old daughter last night. Have lost 40 lbs in 6 months from working out and running. Accidently pulled up my shirt taking off a hoodie and my daughter said - "OMG dad, you have abs! I've never seen you with abs" - I had to laugh. 6 months ago I had 1 ab and now I'm up to 3 - not bad for a 48 yr old man - my goal is 6 abs and so I can show you young pups up!

Hey, I still have abs..............you just can't see them!:D

Actually, you can see them......they're just not as well-defined as they used to be!:D Before the hernia surgery, I used to have six-pack abs. Now I have well-insulated abs!
