Game starting now on TSRN. I'll be listening till the Stafford/Madison game starts.

They're introducing the teams now.

Lubbock-Estacado 7

Already had a dunk or two, 3 pointers, couple of fouls. Sounds like a pretty physical game so far. Estacado sounds a little rattled early.

both teams have 8 teams fouls already. Estacado stepping up on the boards in the 2nd. Two of HJ's "big guns" already have 2 fouls. If Estacado gets HJ into foul trouble early, I'd say they have the advantage.

start of the 2nd half......Estacado almost instantly fouls HJ player while attempting a 3. Makes 2 of his 3 free throws. Isn't looking good for Estacado if they don't settle down.

Estacado now on an 8-0 run.....stealing the ball from HJ like crazy.....just stole it again and HJ calls time out. Lead cut to 2. HJ still up.

I have been hearing how suffacating the matadores D is but have not seen any evidence of it yet .

This is how it should be when you get down to the final 4 teams. Blow outs suck at the tournament.

This should be a good final. IMO, Madison and Estacado are the two baddest boys on the block....all due respect to all the other teams in the tournament, of course.

I'm curious to know if anyone has seen Madison play this year or if they're riding the "hype" wave that West Oso was on before being railroaded by 29 points by Stafford?

I'm sure Madison is the legit favorite, but just wondering if anyone has actually seen them.

I saw Mad against Argyle. Argyle is no slouch of a team, but I expected Mad to look better than they did.
