I would really be surprised if they change the logo. The colors
do need to be changed. They look just like the Carolina Panthers.:doh:

Here's a Lions beat writer discussing it...apparently the organization is trying to keep things under wraps, but the fact that a newly-signed player mentioned it and the fact that the team has put all of their jerseys at ridiculous prices ($10 for John Kitna? I realize he was released, but when to jerseys ever sell for $10?)

Whatever it takes to try to wipe the memory of a 0-16 season
away I guess. I hope Goodell gets his wish and they eliminate
some preseason games in favor of more regular season games.
Then maybe an expansion team might come along and go 0-17
or 0-18.:D
