I was watching a video on FOXNews.com about Verne Gagne...he is now 83 years old and lives in a nursing home in Minnesota.
He suffers from Alzheimers and apparently he bodyslammed a 97 year old fellow resident at the home, killing him.
The case will be referred to the DA's office but according to the video the family does not wish to press charges due to Gagne's mental state.
Gagne is best known for two things...being a former world champion and giving Hulk Hogan one of his early breaks in the business.
(The reason I didn't post the video is because it was at the end of a long report about the Chris Brown/Rhianna thing...)
