In school, I always sat in the middle of the room!

On a plane, I have to be near an exit.

At seminars, I sat in the back. :cool:

I'm a mix of back row, against the wall, and second row sleeper. I'm not sensitive I just don't want to be called on.

speaking of seminars.... I have one in May - Texas Windstorm guidlines, rules and regulations.............. I will be "back row sleeping" for that one :p

in most of my classes this semester i remembered who made good grades on all the tests last semester so i sat next to them

Yeah, I always found out early who was the prettiest and smartest girl in class. Sometimes the two didn't go together so I would sit next to the prettiest so I could "help" her.:D

if small class then in the back but in the center. if it is large class then in the middle towards the side.

hardly ever up front unless i came in late or i just did not like the rest of the people in there.

now though, i just sit as close to where there is an electric jack for my laptop!

thats the key to college...

make sure the professors see you in class, and make an effort to speak up once or twice in a class - those two things can get you that little bump when it comes to your final grades...
