This will be my first time attending the Region 4 tournament. Anyone have any suggestions for things to do this weekend while we are in Corpus? Restaurants, parks, anything we can do for fun. The wife has never been so I had to promise some non-basketball related entertainment to be able to make the trip. Thanks in advance for any help. Also, anything I should know about going to the games?

1. Lock your vehicle doors at all times.

2. Leave all of your valuables at home.

3. Carry as little cash as possible.

4. Make sure you are up to date with your shots.

5. Bring your own drinking water and toilet paper.

That's actually good advice. I've been "bombed" a couple of times.

Wallbangers is good for burgers.

If you like chicken fried steak, Bubba's Ice House is pretty good.

I love Frank's Spaghetti House.

If you like chinese, there is the China Wall across the bay in Portland.

My personal favorite is Longhorn Steak & Ale (http://www.longhornsteaknale.com/). The atmosphere is very laid back and cozy. They are pretty busy on Saturdays, but I think they have call ahead seating.

Oh & for a beer & a burger close to American Bank Center, go to Brewster Street Ice House (http://www.brewsterstreet.net/wiki/BST/Home) :)

80's band, the SPAZMATICS are playing Brewsters on Friday. All you 80's freaks in Corpus need to go. Watched them in Austin, good band!

Two more questions: Price of tourny tickets? Where should we go for seafood?

I like Landry's and Water Street. They are both close to the American Bank Center.
