How did the boys do in their tournament this weekend? They play Odem at Whataburger Field tomorrow, right?

Atascosa County Tourney
Thursday S.A. Southside 4 Sinton 3
Friday Sinton 12 Karnes City 1 (5 innings)
Friday Pleasanton 6 Sinton 3
Saturday Sinton 17 Memorial 0 (5 innings)

Sinton was ahead late 3-1 in Pleasanton game til Eagles scored 5 runs to go ahead 6-3. Roy Perez had 13 of the 18 outs in strikeouts.

Sinton finishes the tourney 2-2 and goes to 2-3 for the year. Pleasanton won the tournament over Poteet.

Monday against Odem at Whataburger Field then the Mira's tourney opening agaist CC Ray.

The schedule I got has us opening against St. Joseph @ Flour Bluff, 7:30pm

It's been a while since I've been to a Pirate baseball game. It was a little chilly last night. The only surprise to me was that the Odem fans seemed to outnumber the Sinton fans 2:1. Anyways, it was a good game. :)

It will be cold enough for a blanket, for about another month!
