Sweeny, is Hooker their point guard? i saw them couple of times in Calallen tourney and played all their games close despite going 1-3.

PG did not play in that tourney. He was ill. Hooker is the coaches son, legit shooter. Should be a fun game for a while.

It looks to me like Sweeny may be on a run to the state tourny. They are a great team who plays well with the talent they have. If they stay hot from outside they may be the surprise team coming out of Region IV.

sweeny brings 4 outstanding shooters to the court....i.e. you best guard them.....that is rare in h.s. ball.....

I have nothing against West Oso or D31, but seems like their fans are counting their chickens before they hatch. Ask anybody, rankings don't mean a thing.

So don't get me wrong. But until proven otherwise.....West Oso is the team to beat in Reg.IV.....and just so happens they come from D31....so expect at least a little chest beating from them.

I seem to remember during football season ....a certain district north of us and a team or two from there doing their fare share of chest beating.

So let's all just give it a rest and let the kids handle it on the courts. We all should know the "team A beat team B....and team B beat team C ...so team A should KILL team C" philosophy almost never pans out.
