Columbia won three games at Bwood tournament on Saturday.

Dawson 5

Columbia 11
Crosby 1

Columbia 4
Brazosport 1

Columbia is now 11 and 1.

District race will be between Needville, Sweeny and Columbia in no certain order

All three are pretty equal

Then its Wharton, Staffod and Royal

Shelby Parker is doing well so far. She has 156 strikeouts in 73 innings so far this year. Allie Chenault is pitching well too.

I guess I should have said a little more. Allie Chenault plays for Sweeny and is pitching very well. Also Callie Falls who plays for Needville is a good pitcher and it will be a tight district this year between those 3. All three pitchers have the same pithing coach Tim Timmons and all 3 can spin the ball very well. Allie throws harder than Shelby and Callie, but speed does not mean everything. We will soon see who comes out on top. Good Luck to all.
