Rice at Edna

A big district 28-3A match up between Rice and Edna. Both coming off disappointing losses last week. It's not a must win, but I will call it a must win for both teams to control thier on fate to make the playoffs. District 28-3A has 4 teams tied for second at 1-1. Common Opp's are Cuero and Sweeny, With Rice beating Cuero and Edna losing to Cuero. Edna winning over Sweeny and last weeks Rice loss to Sweeny. On paper appears to be a good match up with big playoff stakes. Edna will still have Palicos and Needville. Rice still has Wharton and Needville. It has been a while since Edna and Rice have played (In district about 10 years ago I think)

o'cowboy, Data Poll has Rice by +4.5, but I think this one is too close to call. I am leaning toward Edna myself, but it's gonna be a tight one.

With about 5 inches of rain here in Edna since Saturday, and more on the way weather may play a factor in this one.
