Someone should point out to the mother that her daughter is actually named:

"Lehyphena"

A dash would be longer.

I hope your last name isn't (the name of a fort in New Jersey.) (self-edited)

My oldest daughter's name is Tory. When she was young I teased her by telling her I was going to have her first name changed to her middle name and make her first name Supposi. Or Manda? Obliga? Statu?

One of my friends mom is a teacher and she said she saw the name "Infant Boy" on the roll sheet as that was the kids legal name as his parents had never bothered putting a name on the birth certificate.

We had a kid named Mister and his last name was Jones. The coaches told him to figure out what he wanted to be called but darn sure was not going to be Mister.
