Just out of curiousity, since Texas Stadium will no longer be used for the Cowboys, and they are saying that it will still be used for High School games (especially playoff games); then can it be considered one of the top high school stadiums in North Texas?

You are disqualified for naming Corscicana's. You are a mile from the field. It can make honorable mention for the big seats and leg room though.

Any field without a track around it automatically moves to the top of the list.

I've never been to Corsicana's stadium, but that's just about how I'd describe Northwest ISD.

Call me a homer, but Birdville FAAC is as nice as any of the modern stadiums listed so far.

Kincaide in Dallas is pretty cool though.

The Jesse Owens Complex as a whole is pretty nice. The fotball stadium (Kincaide) is first class. The gymnasium (Ellis Davis) is unbelieveable too!

The worst place to watch a football game has to be Keller ISD.

That is why I love Midlothian so much. It's sunken down and there is no track.

If that is the case, throw Dallas ISD's Pleasant Drove Stadium on the list! lol

as a fan ...yes. You are right. You can get into the game so much better when you are closer to the action. As a player or coach though...PLEASE give me a track!!!

The worst field in DFW is Lancaster.

You have a track, two jumping pits then extended sidelines.

what makes the field so crazy looking is that it is one of the ONLY FIFA (or whatever) certified fields for soccer. Its an actual regulation size soccer field unlike 98% of HS stadiums. AND its like a 9 lane track too right?

I've never been to Highland Park's field, I've only looked at pics of it. Is it nice? It looks like it.

It's kind of like Texas stadium, once you are in your seats it's fine.

It's def an old stadium with crappy bathroom. Being in the middle of a neighborhood is cool though, just have to know where to park.

All the fancy stadiums are nice but the best place to watch a game in North Texas is Yellowjacket stadium in Boyd. Not very many bleachers in the way,a scoreboard that works sometimes, spots of dead grass in the middle of the field, and you can walk the fence all the way around the field and its close enough that the players slide into the fence every now and then.

I wouldn't care if it was an old pasture with cow patties everywhere.........I'm gonna watch football if it's my team playing.:D

Works out pretty good for the team's track program though, lol. Although I haven't heard much press on the LHS soccer program. Lol
