I am hearing that one of our state boys 4x4 runners is out for the year...from the story I heard, he jumped out of the pit on long jump and landed on a rock, his knee cap went up into his thigh and his leg twisted all the way around. They had to air lift him to the hospital. Kid would have definitely made regionals in long jump and the 4x4 as well as the other relays.
