Celina leads 39-19 at the half.........but we have been ahead by a bunch at the half the last 2 games and it ended up very close...so this one is not over.

Final Score: Celina 60 Paris 39 Congratulations to the Lady Cats on advancing to the Region II tournament at Commerce this week-end. A special congratulation to Jordan Davis in her first year as head coach...after playing on the National Championship Team a few years back for Baylor she has returned to Celina, and has done a great job in her first head coaching venture. Good luck this week-end.

You didn't beat us, you just kicked our butts! Our team that played tonight looked like the predistrict one. You all had too much heighth, too many shooters, and were well coached. Hope you do well at regionals.

Played our best game of the season tonight. Maybe we are peaking at the right time? Seniors led the way, we had 4 girls in double figures.

The Region Finals in Commerce features the top 2 teams from District 9 (Argyle and Celina) versus the top 2 teams from District 16 (Texarkana LE and Mount Vernon).

I just got home a few minutes ago. I don't know what to say right now. That was fun! There's more basketball to be played!

Having 4 seniors starting makes a big difference but yall just killed us on fundamental basketball. It was 13-0 before we even got a shot off. Your freshman starter is pretty darn good. You'll enjoy watching her for three more years!
