Somerset Basketball Player Arrested

I'm surprised the morality police weren't all over this one pretty quickly. I guess the alarm only sounds if it's a football player. Anyhow if the kid is maintaining he's innocent then I have no problem with him continuing to play until he's proven guilty. The link to the article below is somewhat confusing because why was a one game suspension served if he isn't guilty? It'd be nice to get some clarification from someone down that direction as to what exactly is going on here.
