You're insane. 96%?
I knew I was in trouble when my first three states were Iowa, Rhode Island, and Colorado. It's picky, and I missed all three. I was off by anywhere from 50 miles to 232. State lines would make this so much easier.
I got 43 out of 50, an average of 28 miles off, and it took me 358 seconds.

Colorado is just North along New Mexico. Remember your Dawn at Socorro movie! :)

I know where they belong! I just can't tell them apart by their shapes. Both are rectangular.

98% 2 miles (I was interrupted several times with phone calls and such - so the time is skewed a bunch)
I think it all depends on what order they make you place the states because if you get one of the interior states it's hard to place them accurately.
