tomorrow night in collage station the longhorns are taking on the aggies. Texas 6-4 in conference and ATM at 3-7

It's too bad that someone has to win this game. Unless UT all of a sudden discovers guard play that has been non-existent this season they're going to lose this one.

Coach Turgeon... I'm not a fan of his I went to 3 basketball camps at A&M and until up to this last summer there is definitely a difference in amount of coaching talent between him and Gillespie, he won't ever even be 1/4 as good as him.

I always vote for my alma mater.


This game, though, is a 'nothing can surprise me' game. Margin of victory will be 8 or less in either direction. I always expect us to win, but my hopes aren't high anymore this year. Until the Horns get Jai Lucas, or a way to gameplan without a point guard (ha!), I'll stay this way.

Both teams are awful had Texas not done some pretty decent work in the non conference schedule they would be in real trouble right now. As for A&M their seasons basically over already.

Texas doesnt have a leader. They need someone to step up and lead the team, thats why they are sucking butt.

Wouldn't go that far they have a pretty cruising schedule the rest of the way if they can get above .500 in conference I think they are in!

You know I wanted to watch the game tonight, but watching the Longhorns right now is about as much fun as watching grass grow. Goodness they're just awful this year. Their backcourt is a joke and I'm not surprised A&M beat them tonight.

Wasn't Texas in the top five at some point this year? I don't really follow basketball very much, but it seems to me that they were probably the most overrated team in the nation this year.

Granted, I did predict the A&M victory last night, but I didn't expect it to end up a stomping.

Huge win for A&M. It's funny how the offense stops working when the guards stop giving it to the bigs downlow. The whole offense hinges on the play of the big guys and most of the time the reason for the scoring droughts this year have been to much guard play.

The Aggies definately still have some work to do to get in. They should beat Colorado on Wednesday night and the Missouri game at home on Saturday is becoming a "must win." Also will probably have to make a good showing in the Big 12 tournament to get in.
