Poor Arod...I shed one tear for him.

Road games for him this year should be interesting than normal. I wonder if he'll get the Bonds treatment at every park.

i am so tired of hearing about pro athelets that have problems with drugs, alchol, family, ect... i wish that everyone would just worry about the important things that are going on in the country right now. no one is going to punish a-rod so why even bring it up. that is so dumb. just leave it alone. let me get into trouble by using drugs i bet they will not flash my name at the bottom of sports center 1000 times a day. good gosh, people are dumb.

It amazes me that baseball get so much attention as it relates to steroids. Every pro sport as its fair share. I guess because baseball greatness is based upon stats, any unfair advantage taints the comparison to the "greats" from the past. I truly believe that nutrition, training, and sports medicine provide a much greater advantage than steroids yet they are accepted as part of the statistical comparison. If Henry Aaron were in his prime today what would that have looked like?

Steroids allow an athelete to carry more mass as they age. 21 year olds don't need them 35 year old do. It is really just about extending a career. Anti-aging HRT is legal for the rest of us over 35 so why should'nt athletes be afforded the same opportunity? If it were'nt for the statistical nature of baseball this would all be moot.
