First, Texas looses in overtime Saturday against KSU, in Austin. Last night in the Frank Erwin Center Texas looses again to MIZZ, TEXAS IS NOW 4-3 IN Conference PLAY..... NOT LOOKING GOOD.:mad: :thinking:

Barnes' teams need a true PG to be effective on the offensive end. Historically, success comes with a PG, and our teams usually don't adjust well to having to change up the focus of an offense year to year. Defense is on the whole pretty good, but the offense is looking like a killer for the stretch run. Expectations (for me) this year would be to get a bid and win the first round game. Anything on top is cake.

With Jai Lucas coming in next year though, that team should be pretty salty. Barnes loves letting his PG run a game, and Lucas is the type of player who can do that.
