Celina vs Fairfield (merged)

I heard that Celina will be playing Fairfield and not Lytle in 0 week. Can anybody confirm this?

I believe that it was Fairfield that Coach Ford announced we would play in lieu of Lytle. In any case, at the football banquet he did announce we would not be playing Lytle to start the '09 season.

I know our AD stated at the football banquet that we would not be playing Lytle in 09. I have heard from fans not coaches that Fairfield is who we will play instead of Lytle and the game will be played at a neutral site.

Never mind. A quick mapquest shows me it's on I45 just south of Dallas. They are in 12-3A and beat Kennedale last year 55-49 and lost to Kaufman 31-7.

Pilot Point was going to play Ferris last year but the game was canceled because of Hurricane Ike.

Didn't Ferris play a California school in zero week last year? That must be where the opening came from.
