Courtney Paris' Streak Ends at 112 Games

Courtney Paris had 9 points and 12 rebounds for OU in a 80-70 win over Tennessee. Paris' streak of consecutive double-doubles ends at 112 games. Her streak shouldn't be in danger any time soon by anyone. The best men's streak ever is 40 games while the second best women's streak ever is only 19 games. The OU win leaves Tennessee head coach Pat Summitt still looking for win #1000.

Around 25-30 plus conference and ncaa tournament games. The national champ usually plays 35-39 games.

watch Brittany Griner next year at Baylor....i doubt she gets to 112, but she will prolly half it...she is averaging a triple double right now in high school...

still she will be 6'7" in college, actually they said she is still growing so who knows but she is still gonna be a um...woman among girls...or a man among women or something i dunno....Paris gets her points and rebounds cause she is like 270 or something and parks herself under the goal...

She's going to be fun to watch is what she'll be! Everything I've read says she's a hard worker and that she has a great attitude. I think she's good enough that she'll take Baylor to at least a Final Four while she's there and probably get them a title.
